Quality Standards

As an additional guarantee for our ability to meet current and future needs of our customers, we have continuously improved quality management system.

In August 2009, the Quality Management System was certified by SRAC certification body in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008.

Later, in 2011, the ADCONS management system also included components related to environment and occupational health and safety, achieving certification with the same certification body, in accordance with international standards ISO 14001: 2004 and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007.

In 2015, the integrated management system of quality-environment-occupational health and safety was successfully re-certified by the same certification body, SRAC.

Quality

The professional quality management ensures us to maintain high performance in design and production processes as well as an effective information management.

The technical control of products on the production flow or at the end of the execution is done in our own quality laboratory, equipped with advanced measuring and control devices.

 

Environment

The concern about environment protection is another very important component for ADCONS management. We undertake a variety of actions on the responsible management of the environment, preventing any accidental pollution and waste selective collection and handing them over to companies specialized in recovery or disposal.

 

Occupational health and safety

For ADCONS, people represent the most important, and become a key part in supporting the company’s strategic objectives. This view is translated into practice by recruiting professionals based on a set of clearly defined competencies, rewarding performance and encouraging to assume full responsibility, providing a confident work environment, in safety work conditions, promoting flexibility and collegiality on working place.
